Recommendation of the board on handling Poly Neuropathy in relation to breeding.

After discussion with our member countries, the board recommends strongly and unconditional to use only LPN1-tested dogs for breeding.

We hope that the genetic test will be made obligatory for breeding on an international level.

Empfehlung des Vorstandes im züchterischen Umgang mit der Polyneuropathie.

In Abstimmung mit unseren Mitgliedsländern empfiehlt der Vorstand dringend und unbedingt nur LPN1 getestete Hunde zur Zucht einzusetzen verbunden mit der Hoffnung , dass der Gentest als Pflicht zur Vorbedingung der Zucht International eingesetzt wird.
